Hahahahaha
Don’t worry Hapa – stick to your investment. It’ll all come good.
The things I’ve been saying can be verified by looking them up at the United States Fucking Patent and Trademark Office.
What have you said that I can look up there, tokker? That Coca-Cola won’t sue for trademark infringement? That Evolv’s use of trademarked and patented bottle designs and then final decision to use designs very similar to those trademarked and patented designs doesn’t constitute intent to create confusion?
Please. Link me to where that’s said on the United States Fucking Patent and Trademark Office. I’m curious.
My opinion of Evolv is and was that it reminds me of the strange products I hear advertized on Coast to Coast AM or Alex Jones. I wouldn’t buy it or use it. Still, I hear those products shilled all the time.
I also woldn’t myself invest in the product, but I don’t agree with your beliefs on the trademark or design patents on the final bottle. I don’t see any intent to confuse nor any situation where the average person would be confused. The bottle top design on the production bottle is no more similar to a Dissani bottle as an Aquafina bottle or half a dozen other bottles. This is especially non-confusing by the big fucking “evolv” on the label with a label design that’s completely different to Dassani other than it’s blue.
Tokker, I don’t think you “get” intent to confuse.
Also hurry up Angry Monkey, I’m waiting on you to track down who I am. I thought this was supposed to be simple!
Congratulations on the baby Hapajap! Boy or Girl?
Either way, I know that you’re going to have your hands full for the next little while and you really don’t want to think about it, but for the sake of all of your family – the way the Evolve thing is shaping up – I suggest that you get out of that “investment” for now.
Give it a year, when things calm down (both on the Family front and the Evolve one), then re-evaluate whether or not Evolve is a good investment. Right now your biggest investment is your family. Do everything you can to protect them – especially form things that are “too good to be true”.
Starshark: I loved your term “word salad”, but I got to thinking: Some people like Salads! While it is still a hodge podge of things, the final result is still enjoyable and usable by some.
How about “Idea Lint” as a term to describe Hotspur666’s ramblings? Bits and parts of ideas mashed together and of absolutely no use to anyone.
“Word Salad” is actually another term for schizophasia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schizophasia
What’s the difference between Schizophasia and the squealing of
bilge demon’rats that I first described?…i.e.: the denial of the MauMau’s foreign birth,
his sliming of Palin’s grand children, his looting of America’s treasure,
his attempts at deconstructing the market economy with his
gargantuan climate fraud(who in his right mind will believe the
planet is heated by SUV’s exhaust?)…
No difference between the schizophasic blathering of the insane
and the leftard nonsense of the demon’rats coke heads…
I don’t speak chimpanzee can you use sign language?
Happy Jap, seem commie trolls have taken over your site…
Answering these cretins is like barking back at junkyards dogs!
It’s akin to casting pearls before swine, Hotspur. I know.
I’m actually laying on an incredibly uncomfortable ‘bed’ (a fold out chair) in the hospital, because my son isn’t eating as much as he should, so they’re keeping him for another day of observation.
Regarding Evolv, I’ve given samples of Evolv to plenty of people who had no real expectations of what it would do for them, and it has had a range of results. Some felt no change, primarily this reaction came from people who were already well supplemented, and probably ‘maxed out’ in that area to begin with. I have a friend with kidney failure who would spend half the day in bed after her daily dialysis, who said she felt ‘normal’ again, and had the energy to get up and motivation to live a more normal life when she drank the Evolv.
I met a guy who was bedridden from the pain of having his legs amputated, who said Evolv gave him his life back, and accelerated his physical therapy at a rate that flabbergasted his PT’s and his doctors.
You can try to sell me on the idea that this is all psychosomatic, but the very testing M.D. Anderson did on the active formula in Evolv (which can be seen at http://www.archaeaactive.com ) proved that Evolv created a positive inflammatory response.
And the fact that Gene Kaiser, one of the inventors of the formula, who was given 6 months to live by the best doctors in the country, lived for another 8 years because he started drinking the water… Well, I’ll take evidence, anecdotal and documented, over your guy’s adamant skepticism any day of the week.
As far as financial advice, I’ll take the advice of a billionaire over your advice as well. Unless you want to tell me you’ve built your own $10billion company and started a venture capitalist group, an energy company, a real estate development firm… etc. of your own, I’m going to go with my gut and say Trey White knows a hell of a lot more about being successful than any one or all of us put together.
Thanks for the congratulations about my new baby boy!
Atta boy Hapa, you just hold on to that evolv.
Hap, I hope everything turn out OK for your child…
But for the sake of the children, we will soon have
to set up the medieval hanging trees again!
(And I dont think the creeps will need the last sacraments…
send them straight to hell!!!)

Crime horrible et noire engeance…
INDEED!!!
Hapa:
First, yes, it is in fact possible to become a billionaire through con games, if you play big enough con games.
Second, if Trey White were worth $1 billion or more – a billionaire – as of 12/31/08, his name would appear somewhere on this list:
http://www.forbes.com/lists/2009/10/billionaires-2009-richest-people_The-Worlds-Billionaires_Rank.html
There is no Trey White on there anywhere. I ask again: Is the risk of losing all your money in this scheme REALLY worth being able to smugly dismiss a few liberals/RINOs/trolls/whatever imagined enemy you have? Seriously?
“Word Salad” is actually another term for schizophasia: – Thanks Starshark, That I didn’t know.
“who in his right mind will believe the planet is heated by SUV’s exhaust?” – Who ever claimed this Hotspur666? If you are refering to what I think you are, then you seem to have a problem establishing the proper “frames of reference.”
“It’s akin to casting pearls before swine, Hotspur. I know.” – For those who believe the hapajap is hotspur666: Is this evidence that’s he’s now talking to himself? LOL.
“Hap, I hope everything turn out OK for your child…But for the sake of the children, we will soon have to set up the medieval hanging trees again!” – Now why would you want to harm Hapajap’s kids Hotspur666?
Oh BTW hotspur666, according to those posted pics, “Happy Jap” isn’t Japanese either.
Sorry. Linked the wrong list. This is the correct one for Americans only, which includes all American billionaires:
http://www.forbes.com/lists/2009/54/rich-list-09_The-400-Richest-Americans_Rank.html
You’re just jealous because he’s going to be rich. RICH.
You know, it’s really not that difficult to google Trey White and Realtor.com to find out where his success comes from.
http://www.emago.com/references/provideaccess/0102_team.html
The dude didn’t build his fortune in MLM. He just recognized that MLM was the best method for distributing this product his venture capital company had invested in.
Please buy a clue.
’sup Hapajap.
That site you posted is owned by Trey White so its information is probably biased but that doesn’t really matter. Anyways, if you check that same site you’ll see that it has not been updated since 2004 which pretty much means that that particular company is dead. The telephone number on that site leads to the same office where his other (current and old, mostly deceased) business are located. That includes evolv-health.
Billionaires have big companies, big companies require lots of employees and office space. Trey white has neither because they wouldn’t fit in the offices he has rented in Dallas. Yes, rented, he does not own his MAIN offices, unlike every other billionaire around.
Unless Trey White is one-of-a-kind billionaire he really doesn’t look very rich.
Ah, and you can also call the company you posted (972.715.6400) and find out that they do not have an answering machine. Unlike every other big company in the world.
“Oh BTW hotspur666, according to those posted pics, “Happy Jap” isn’t Japanese either.”
Since I’m him, according to you cretins, why are you telling me? I ought to know…
I live on an Indian reservation, I know when somebody is oriental,
more or less…anyway, that’s his business…hum…mine…
Anyway, I think it’s a howl when bilge demon’rats call everybody
not agreeing a racist! I wonder what sheriff Raine would say to that!
http://www.law.umkc.edu/faculty/projects/FTrials/price&bowers/CP&RAINE.jpg
(Anything to piss you creeps off! Another chaw of tabaccy, Cecil?)
Bernie Madoff was a billionare…
I would say to invest if you are comfortable with it, but like any gamble, don’t invest any more than you can afford to loose.
I “get” that evolv is not intended to be regular bottled water. Everything in the ad except the squiggle including the bottle label and th rest of the ad copy is geared towards evolv as health drink. I “get” that the advertizers have gone out of their way to show that evolv is not just bottled water. I get that this is combined with the fact taht nobody seems to have been confused and dind’t even notice until one member pointed it out after a couple months of the ad being up.
I also get that Coke wouldn’t neccecarily want to pay their whole army of lawyers the fees to sue here when they aren’t likely to get a lot of money from thi startup and that a cease and desist letter, if followed by evolv, would enforce and maintain their rights while not costing as much.
I think hotspur wan’ts saying to hang the kids, but to hang the non-Christians.
To hang the Obamamites, correction…
For stealing trillions, for bowing and surrendering to enemies,
for supporting the biggest fraud in human history, the so called man caused
planet warming(as if the sun did not exist)
and for pulling the farce of installing
a baboon MauMau in the White House!
As a billionaire, I am stating that Trey White is not a billionaire. Billionaires can’t just lie about things, so you know I am telling the truth.
Chris, I imagine you also became a billionare by listening to your billionare friends and doing exactly what they said? They’re never wrong either.
The funny thing is that if I had come on here saying that I had joined Donald Trump’s new MLM, yeah, Donald Trump has started an MLM… you morons would be trying to tell me he doesn’t know what he’s doing.
Or the fact that Warren Buffet has purchased multiple MLM companies would make him a moron as a business man too, right?
What’s funny is that you don’t get that I GET the stigma associated with MLM. I’ve known my share of MLM zombies and charlatans. But I also know that the business model itself, if based on a solid product that can’t just be replicated by Costco and sold for half the price… is a good business model. And apparently so do some of the most powerful businessmen in the country… the world.
Why don’t you go tell them that they’re stupid, and that it’ll never work. lol
I don’t think any of the criticisms people are making here are particularly unique to the concept of MLMs. There are established and legitimate MLMs out there that, assuming you understand the nature of the business, it’d be reasonable to invest in.
Comparing someone at the bottom of the chain to Warren Buffett/Berkshire Hathaway purchasing Pampered Chef is willfully obtuse, though. And yes, Donald Trump has a string of failures and bankruptcies behind him that would make me dubious about sinking my money into his venture as well.
But again, none of this has to do with the actual criticisms people have been making.
Trey White, aka Fred White III, aka Roscoe F. White III is not Warren Buffett. He’s not Donald Trump.
He’s a guy who (alongside his dad) set up homestore.com, which was a big successful company during the dot com bubble and then fizzled into very little in the midst of plummeting stock prices, DOJ investigations, class action lawsuits, misleading financial statements and etc.
Since then, he’s run a number of different companies out of one office, the only one of them that shows up often in third-party sources is White Energy, which as you’ve acknowledged, went bankrupt.
Trey White and Evolv have done a great deal of work to make sure that their sites (or link to their sites, or postings made to point to their sites) are the only things that show up on web searches. Once you get beyond those self-generated hype pieces, there’s almost nothing about White or any of his companies online. There’s no independent verification of just about any of his claims, and when third parties chime in, they are generally — like MD Anderson — contesting White’s claims.
These would all be red flags if he wasn’t running an MLM too. As would the patently absurd claims made about the product.
So White Ventures, Marlin Atlantis, and yes, Homestore, which is hardly an unsuccessful business in and of itself… these things somehow make the man a scam artist? Please.
And I don’t care how absurd you seem to think the ‘claims’ are, I have a friend from high school who I sent a free case to who said it is making a marked difference in her energy level, which, as I said above, is normally dismal due to kidney failure and daily dialysis. You can call that a ‘absurd’, I call it an amazing testimonial.
BTW, I got word today about the MDAnderson issue: “MDACC recently shared their concern with us and asked us to remove their trademark and name from our packaging, even though we had their approval originally to do so. Because we paid for the testing and have shared the abstracts on http://www.archaeaactive.com, we believe that we are in our legal right to state who did our testing. To reiterate, we make it very clear that MDACC does not endorse our product in any way.
In regards to this dispute, Health2o decided to ask the courts to make a determination. The University of Texas Board of Regents (MDACC’s sponsoring organization) replied to our lawsuit with their own suit against Healt2o Products and EvolvHealth in an attempt to change the court venue from Dallas to Houston. We believe based on the facts that we are within our legal rights to state on our packaging that MDACC conducted the testing for us. We have no signed documentation stating otherwise.
Most importantly, the results of the in vitro tests are not in question, it is whether or not we can print their name on our bottle and box. It is really that simple. We are confident that we will come to a resolution on this issue soon. We will keep you up to date on the outcome. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us to get the facts. We have an open door policy at corporate and with our Members so please contact us if you have questions related to this matter.”
“The funny thing is that if I had come on here saying that I had joined Donald Trump’s new MLM, yeah, Donald Trump has started an MLM… you morons would be trying to tell me he doesn’t know what he’s doing.
Or the fact that Warren Buffet has purchased multiple MLM companies would make him a moron as a business man too, right?”
The difference is that Warren Buffet is a REAL billionaire and Trey White is not. He is just a guy with a whole bunch of failed companies that calls himself a billionaire (there is no record anywhere outside his own businesses that he is a billionaire).
At first, you got into evolv because “why would a billionaire risk his reputation in a shady bussiness?”. Well, he is not a billionaire and he doesn’t any good reputation whatsoever (again, find any info about him outside his own businesses, the man is a ghost).
So yeah, he has a whole bunch of failed businesses. Now, why would he lie about being a billionaire? (And he is lying, he is not on any billionaire list, and those lists are GOOD). Mmmmmm, I wonder why? Yes, we morons are telling you something, and that is that Trey White knows perfectly what he is doing: scamming people who are desperate/gullible/stupid/you.
Now that you’re starting to realize he is not what he says he is, you’re changing your tune to “Say whatever you want. Evolv works!” And post those in vitro results to somehow validate your expensive tap water. Do you even know what IN VITRO means? It means it was not tested on humans, pigs, dogs, flies or velociraptors but on a petri dish. I can urinate into a petri dish to increase the hydration of the cells inside but I don’t call my pee a nutraceutical beverage, which it actually is because “nutraceutical” is made-up word for “it doesn’t work!”
If they have such a great product, why wouldn’t they test it on a few mice? Mmmmmm. I wonder why?
So, evolv-health: Has a lying CEO with a shitty record, doesn’t care that much about trademarks, willfully misguides people about MC Anderson, only tested his product in vitro but claim they work (LOL!), and is a MLM. Where do I sign for this great opportunity?
Curious to see the blathering they will retort with to
a perfectly logical answer…

In a recent survey carried out for a leading toiletries firm (Brut), people from Detroit and Chicago have proved to be the most likely to have had sex in the shower!
In the survey, 86% of Detroit ’s and Chicago ’s inner city residents (almost all of whom are registered Democrats) said that they have enjoyed sex in the shower.
The other 14% said they hadn’t been to prison yet.
You’re one seriously creepy motherfucker hotspur.
Why they fell for the global warming hoax….
“ 1. The pseudo-intellectuals fell for it because none of them ever cracked a science book.
2. The policy wonks fell for it because it gave the government more control.
3. The bleeding hearts fell for it because they always want to save the Earth.
4. The communists fell for it because it portrayed capitalists as destroying the Earth to make money.
5. The capitalists fell for it because they saw a new way to make money.
6. The Hollywood crowd fell for it because it made their pampered lives seem to have a meaning and purpose.
7. The newspapers fell for it because it was new.
8. The teachers fell for it because it was a new thing to teach the children to teach their parents.
9. The children fell for it because they wanted to show how well they are doing in school.
10. The parents fell for it because they wanted their children were doing so well in school and they wanted to be supportive.
11. The utility companies fell or it because they can raise rates.
12. The Nobel Peace Prize committee fell for it because Al Gore should have won in 2000.
13. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences fell for it because Al Gore should have won in 2000.
14. The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammys) fell for it because Al Gore should have won in 2000.
15. The 30,000 scientists fell for it because while it was not in their field of study, they wanted to be supportive of science.
The only people who didn’t fall for it were we mouth-breathing, Bible-thumping, beer-guzzling, cousin-humping, baby-bumping, overfed, inbred, illiterate, gun-clinging, buck-toothed, trailer-park-living, truck-driving, ATV riding, Wal-mart shopping, knuckle-dragging, military-supporting, ain’t-recycling, patriotic, homophobic, xenophobic, sexist, racist hillbillies with cooties.
”
Ousted, flattery will get you nowhere!
No I’m serious, I would totally be double-locking my doors tonight if I lived within two days’ drive of you.
W/ Regards to Evolv: I’ve said my piece. As I think all of us has. If hapajap wishes to ignore all of the warnings before him, that’s his perogative. No one else needs to live with the consequences of his decision except him, his family, any one he borrowed money from to invest in Evolv (if any) and hotspur666 (cuz they’re the same person don’cha know. LOL)
“To hang the Obamamites, correction…For stealing trillions, for bowing and surrendering to enemies, for supporting the biggest fraud in human history, the so called man caused
planet warming(as if the sun did not exist) and for pulling the farce of installing a baboon MauMau in the White House!”
Stealing trillions? – Oh, you are talking about the US National debt that began some 150 years ago and that was greatly enlarged by the Bush Administration (taking it over the $1 trillion threshold). The same debt that was increased so as to provide a bailout of all of the unregulated banks that would’ve collapsed due to their irresponsible “gambling” in the “derivatives” market – part of whose resolution was that Alan Greenspan had to admit before congress that his beliefs in how the “Free Market” works was simply “WRONG” (that’s a quote). The bailout , approved by Obama’s administration, that has begun to be returned (ahead of schedule) with a 10% profit on the returned sum? Since we know where the money went, why it went there, and when it is supposed to be returned, I don’t think that constitutes “Stealing”.
“for bowing and surrendering to enemies” – The bowing I’ll give you. The surrendering? Not so much. Just because the US is not acting as Arrogantly and domineeringly towards it’s friends and neighbours as it did under the Bush administration, does not mean that it has surrendered anything. Except for it’s delusions of Dominance. Face it, with a debt that’s about 1/3 of it’s GDP; with one of it’s biggest rivals (China) holding a large portion of it’s purse strings and the growing power of Countries like China, India, Russia, and the EU, The US isn’t as “dominant” on the world stage as it once was or as it thinks it is. A little reconcilatory humility may actually be a good thing for the US.
“for supporting the biggest fraud in human history, the so called man caused
planet warming(as if the sun did not exist)” – Ah yes, “Climategate” has negated everything to do with Climate change- not. First off, the “climate change” being discussed is the change above and beyond the naturally occuring climate change due to the sun etc.
I will be the first to claim that the “Cap and Trade” sheme is a scam and that it will not accomplish it’s stated goal of reducing CO2 emissions (primarily IMO because of the speculations and artificial “market valuations” (read corruption) that will occur in the administration of the Cap and Trade scheme). However, we do have some real environmental problems to address – deforestation, depleted fish stock desertification of once fertile ground and a booming human population.
” and for pulling the farce of installing a baboon MauMau in the White House!” – by ” baboon MauMau” I asume you mean Obama. If so, you are suggesting to hang the 40 something percent of the voting public that put him there through the democratic voting process prescribed by the Constitution of the US.”
Hmmm… what’s that saying about “never letting facts get in the way of a good rant?”
And all of this to reply to my most spurious and jestful critique of a previous rant. Couldn’t touch the “tougher” critique….
Apparently Hotspur666 is a self described “mouth-breathing, Bible-thumping, beer-guzzling, cousin-humping, baby-bumping, overfed, inbred, illiterate, gun-clinging, buck-toothed, trailer-park-living, truck-driving, ATV riding, Wal-mart shopping, knuckle-dragging, military-supporting, ain’t-recycling, patriotic, homophobic, xenophobic, sexist, racist hillbillies with cooties.” And he’s proud of it.
LOL
Happa, I won’t call you an idiot for this investment. I am saying it’s a gamble and that I don’t like the odds myself. You have a more personal relationship with Trey than I do. I’m just hoping that you are treating this like it is a gamble (like pretty much all investment is) and not betting with money you can’t loose.
Kuni, the problem with the bailout (which is a mistake that Bush made and Ombama made again) is that it was so rushed that they DON’T know where a lot of it has gone. The regulators testified to congress that basic fact.
I am not convinced that global warming is real and caused by humans. I do believe that climate chane does happen naturally, but I’m not convinced which way it it moving. I agree with kuni that there are other enviornmental concerns that need addressing. Most of the measures I take are things where I see a real benefit to myself. I drive a more efficient car becuse I don’t want to pay for gas. I improved my house insulation to reduce my heating bills (this paid for itself in the first year).
hotspur, if you’ve ever seen Detriot you’d know that there aren’t many people left in the inner city. It looks like a bomb went off…what a crap hole.
I can’t disagree with your assertion tokker. That wasn’t my point. I was simply pointig out the cannonball sized holes in Hotspur666’s rants and condemnation of the bailout entirely on the “Obamamites”.
Personally, I disagree with the bailout entirely. If you believe that the free market will take care of itself, then the phrase “too big to fail” should have nothing to do with it.
You guys write too much, I don’t have time for this. lol
Anyway, I had no idea that Homestore.com wasn’t a ‘real’ and ’successful’ company. And I had no idea Marlin-Atlantis wasn’t a ‘real’ and ’successful’ development company.
And I had no idea that you could start and run a venture capital company if you don’t have crap loads of money to invest in other companies.
And I guess you can be just a broke joke and invest $500 mil into building the 4th largest ethanol company in the country, make $500 mil the first year… filing bankruptcy or not, that’s a tough thing to pull off if you’re NOT FILTHY RICH.
I guess Trey really is just a con artist, pretending to be rich, huh?
Considering most of those financial numbers are coming solely from Trey White, I’d say it’s pretty much possible to claim you have a bunch of money without having a bunch of money.
I’m sure he has some money, especially if he sold off his Homestore stock before the bubble burst. But every independent description of a Maris Atlantis/White Ventures development I’ve found on the internet describes a flashy announcement and then a quiet withdrawal from actually building things. If that strikes you as the sign of a successful businessman, go wild.
White ventures is not a successful company, that is not opinion, it is fact. You can check it at http://www.manta.com/coms2/dnbcompany_hn0nvc They have a yearly revenue of 1.1 million, that’s revenue, not profit. And a skeleton crew of 12 employees. Anyways, revenue of 1.1 million for a construction-building company it’s ridiculously low. How many buildings can you build with 1.1 million?
^^^^ Sorry, that should be marlin atlantis. Anywayssssss…..
White ventures is equally shitty. It is an investment office that has annual sales of 2.5 million. Again that’s sales, not profit. They only have 25 employees. A Venture capitalist that has sales (investments) of 2.5 million per year! LOL.
He was the CEO of that ethanol company. I believe that because it tanked. Anyways, he didn’t invest 500 million into it, the money came from venture capitalists, real venture capitalists who have companies that do more than 2.5 million in business per year.
Why would a con-man pretend to be rich? A question for the ages indeed.
Hey Hapa.
Google homestore.com scandal
For the record, Hapa, a real estate or venture company that takes in revenue or sales $100K per employee or less is barely solvent. To figure out why, give each employee, from secretary to CFO, a salary of $10K – below the poverty line – and realize 10% of your revenue is already gone. And you haven’t paid taxes (another 20% easy, MUCH more for a real estate company that’s paying property taxes on its holdings), rental/mortgage on your offices, phone bill, electric bill, gas bill, health care for your employees, transportation, office supplies, company insurance, etc. Before long, you’ve spent over 50% of your revenue just on the basics, and you haven’t even done any marketing, flown to any conferences nor wined and dined any clients. And GOD HELP YOU if you decide you want to have a Christmas party.
How much evidence do you need that Roscoe Fred “Trey” White III is probably not a straight shooter, Hapa?
If he didn’t bolt when he saw MD Anderson’s suing, he’s riding this filly all the way over the cliff.
